From an early age I have always liked art and crafts. My Grandma taught me to knit, cross stitch and sew when I would spend the summer holidays with her. Growing up I also loved to take photographs, and this developed into a profession of wedding photography. Sadly though, this is just alongside my full time job now.

When lockdown came in 2020, lots more arts and crafts filled my time as well as fixing my fiancée’s surfboards with epoxy resin. He was so impressed with what I had done, he suggested I try working with resin, so I did. We live in Poole and I have always lived on the south coast by the sea and loved it! I am massively inspired by the sea’s colours and calming effects.

So I then developed Dorset Resin Art. With the beautiful wave effects that I could create with resin I finally have an art form that allows me to recreate what I find inspiring.
